Regional Financial Services Manager – Cambridge / Bedford
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join a PRIMIS linked Mortgage Advisory business linked to Estate Agency business circa the Bedfordshire and Cambs regions. The business is a Mortgage Advisory business with partnerships with 20-branch independent Estate Agency business in the Bedford and Cambridge (and surrounds) geography.
We are looking specifically for an experienced Mortgage Advisory Manager to drive a team of circa 20 experienced Mortgage Advisors alongside managing the all-important Estate Agency relationships. The successful candidate will have extensive management experience within an Estate Agency linked financial services business and live circa the Bedford / Cambridge area.
The OTE for the role is circa £85,000 + although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings. The basic salary is from £50,000+ DOE and negotiable.
The Financial Services Manager role is supported by several PRIMIS Area Supervision Managers meaning your role is to drive the sales result rather than both.
