Job Profile

National Home Move have exciting new careers opportunities based at the NHM Lettings management centre in Handforth, nr Stockport, Manchester

National Home Move are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

The role:

  • The roles are office-based and will involve dealing with various elements of the property management process of our active lettings portfolio.
  • You will help with processing all new applications received, maintenance enquiries, complaints, administrative duties etc
  • Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and Clients, in a timely and professional manner

In return we offer:

  • Base salary circa £25,000 basic depending on experience.
  • Commission opportunity to increase earnings to OTE circa £28,000.
  • Full Time permanent contract.
  • 5 day working week, Monday to Friday.
  • Pension Scheme

Lettings and property experience would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given. We will consider strong transferrable skills and experience in customer service and administrative fields.

  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • IT confident
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
