Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Wolverhampton as we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register customers and carry out property matches for letting properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is ideal, however we will consider relevant transferrable skills in customer service and sales.
In return we offer:
- On target earning (OTE) pay circa £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- First few months guaranteed commission pay.
- Five‑day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
