LSL Estate Agency Franchising is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Marketing Executive to support our Website Marketing team in delivering high-quality website updates and digital system support for our Estate Agency Franchisees across our brands. The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract on a Hybrid basis from our York based office. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving our customer-facing websites, as well as supporting franchisees and customers with all digital systems.
You will work hands‑on with our in-house Content Management System (CMS), which is used to manage and update website content across our estate agency brands, manage queries, and assist with testing and delivering website developments.
Key responsibilities- Update and maintain multiple estate agency websites using the in-house Content Management System (CMS), including branch page and franchise-requested updates.
- Support the delivery and testing of website developments in collaboration with the Website Marketing team and CMS provider.
- Provide day-to-day support to Estate Agency Franchisees and customers across all digital systems, responding to queries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Manage internal and external support inboxes relating to website updates, online accounts and digital systems.
- Work with the Assistant Website Marketing Manager to identify digital system issues, customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the wider Website Marketing team with testing, reporting and ad‑hoc website projects as required.
- A strong interest in digital marketing and website management.
- Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong internal and external customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work a minimum of 2 days per week from the York office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Good working knowledge of GA4.
- At least 1 year’s experience in website administration.
- Experience supporting multiple websites and internal or franchise stakeholders.
- A professional marketing qualification, or currently working towards one.
