PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious, driven sales professionals to join a high‑performing Appointed Representative (AR) partner firm within its Mortgage & Protection Advisory network as Trainee Protection Advisers. The role is office‑based at the partner’s Wolverhampton premises – home working is not available.
About the Role
You will advise customers over the telephone on a range of protection products, including:
- Life Assurance
- Private Medical Insurance
- Business Protection
- General Insurance (e.g. Home Insurance)
All leads are provided, although additional earnings can be generated through self‑generated business and customer referrals.

Employed role
- Base salary £25,000 plus commission
- Realistic earnings of £50,000 - £75,000+, with higher potential for top performers
- All advertised earnings are based on verified actuals from current employees
