Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains Chapelhouse as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is ideal, however as full training will be given we will consider applicants with relevant transferrable skills in Customer Service and Sales.
Benefits
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
- First few months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
