Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Brighton as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

Responsibilities

  • Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
  • Generate and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between all parties.
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is ideal, however as full training is given we will consider relevant transferrable skills in customer service and Sales.

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • First few months guaranteed commission pay.
  • 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
