To qualify for the programme, you need to meet the criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
The criteria include:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
