Job Profile

As a Negotiator you will play an integral part in the sales process for our portfolio of property listings.

As a Negotiator You Will

• Register customers and carry out property matches for sales properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given; we will, however, require relevant transferrable skills in customer service, sales, and targeted environments.

In Return We Offer

• On‑Target Earning (OTE) pay circa £25,000 per annum.
