Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Swadlincote, as we are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
- Register customers and carry out property matches for residential sales properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Essential Requirements
Industry experience is essential.
It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office‑based.
Benefits and Compensation
- On target earning (OTE) pay circa £26,000 per annum.
- First few months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5‑day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
