Mortgage Advisor – Sutton
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well-established, premiership status appointed representative partner firm (AR) within the PRIMIS mortgage advisory operation.
The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‐advisor mortgage and protection business that works alongside contracted estate agency partners across the country, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co, and Intercounty.
This role supports the Goodfellows estate agency businesses in Sutton SM2.
The positions available are either full‐office or hybrid working.
Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000 plus.
For advisors who prefer a self‐employed role, the splits are 70 % on self‐generated leads and 45 % on leads provided.
We look for CAS existing mortgage and protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
