Fabulous opportunity at Your Move in our southern region as we are looking for a highly experienced and hungry Valuer/Lister to take on the Area of Sittingbourne and Sheerness. These branches are part of National Home Move, which is a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As an Area Valuation Manager working with Your Move, we are proud to offer:
- Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) circa £50,000
- £4,000 per annum car allowance
- Incentivised commission and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
- Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Extensive local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
We are looking for our next Rockstar, and as such, you must have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator with Valuing experience looking for progression or a Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and the next step in your career. It is essential to have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on these branches' success story. A full UK driving license is essential.
