Reeds Rains in Chesterfield are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Valuation Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. As a Sales Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £35,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Uncapped commissions – could earn in excess of £45’000
- £4,000 per annum car allowance
- Incentivised commission and performance bonuses

In the role of a Sales Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by
- Generating and conducting Sales Valuation appointments
- Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Extensive local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
You will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career but will have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
