Overview
Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains Glossop branch as we are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, with the Sales and lettings team. This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications and skills
Industry experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided; however we require relevant transferrable skills in Customer Services and Sales.
Benefits and pay
- On Target Earnings (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota

Requirements
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
