Responsibilities
- Generate and conduct Sales Valuation appointments
- Win and secure new instructions on properties to sell
- Business prospecting and proactive activity
- Demonstrate extensive local market knowledge and networking
- Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
You should have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or a Valuer seeking a bigger challenge, with proven experience in conducting sales valuations. A full UK driving licence is essential.
