Overview
Residential Valuation Surveyor – Warrington opportunity with LSL Property Services plc (e.surv Chartered Surveyors). We are part of the LSL Group and operate nationwide with extensive local coverage in the UK.
Responsibilities
Support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work, completing surveys and producing reports for lenders and private clients. The role offers home-based working with flexible options in some locations and access to surveying technology to enable faster report completion and remote working.
Qualifications
• RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying. This should include experience completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
