Residential Valuation Surveyor – Cambridge role at LSL Property Services plc. e.surv is the UK’s largest and leading provider of residential valuation and property risk services. Trading since 1989, e.surv employs over 600 RICS-registered surveyors across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and completes the equivalent of one property inspection every 12 seconds. As part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, we work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents, in addition to private customers. We are part of the LSL group, which includes YOUR MOVE and Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgage broker network First Complete.

Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of professional valuation work from the biggest high street lenders.
- Provide top tier customer service to all our clients.
- You’ll be based from home, but we’ll provide you with all the equipment you need to establish a home office, together with a company car or car allowance for all employed posts.
- Join a nationwide team benefiting from industry-leading technology and nationwide postcode coverage.
Qualifications
- You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. That includes any mix of Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations.
