We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers. Over the past 30 years, we’ve enjoyed huge success, kick-starting and developing the careers of hundreds of residential surveyors. Right now, we’re looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology.

You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including any mix of Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations. You’ll be based from home, but we’ll provide you with all the equipment you need to establish a home office, together with a company car or car allowance for all employed posts.
We welcome applications from surveyors interested in both full and part time positions, as well those seeking opportunities on a Consultancy or Flexible Hours basis. Depending on your level of experience, we offer a market leading basic salary, flexible benefits package and a fresh approach to incentive earnings.
