Regional Sales Manager – South

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with over 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the PRIMIS Sales Team in a role that supports the Regional Sales Director for the Southern region. The midlands team have oversight of some 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms with around 500 writing advisors in total within the region.

The role is wide ranging and varied but will include:

  • Relationship management
  • Assisting in driving the sales result across Protection, Mortgage and GI
  • Supporting regionalised PRIMIS events
  • Welcoming new firms into the region
  • To maintain and enhance service levels with our valued partner firms
  • To encourage growth in business, turnover and manpower
  • Provide ongoing support to both newly recruited firms and sellers into existing firms
  • Support business development within the regions
  • Encourage and facilitate best practice within the region
  • Attend sales meetings / workshops / training sessions / Sales team meetings
  • What are we looking for in terms of skills and experience:

  • Previous exposure in a target driven environment within the Mortgage / Protection Sector
  • Experience of successfully planning and implementing business development initiatives
  • Technical knowledge if the financial services products offered

  • The role is field based. We are specifically looking for the candidate to be living within the Southern region with a utupio of Brighton or Bracknell.

    Base Salary to Β£42,000 DOE and negotiable with the opportunity to earn bonus.

    The base salary stated includes the car allowance that is payable with this role.
