Responsibilities

• Complete the full suite of Real-Time Audit tasks, within defined Service Levels (SLAs) and to the agreed processes and quality standards, ensuring associated databases are maintained for accuracy.
• Ensure referred cases are communicated in a timely manner with Surveyors, Area Operations Managers and escalate to senior members of the Surveying Quality Team as appropriate.
• Handle external requests, including queries, amended reports, results and month end reconciliations.
• Compile SQP Phase 1 audits for field surveyors, and collate results as directed.
• Fulfil general and lender-specific Report Audits and complete high-risk reporting (same day), where required.
• Complete daily submissions reporting to ensure the wider business is appraised in a timely manner on performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Essential qualifications and knowledge

• Good standard of education.
• Work planning and organisational skills.
• Good level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work under own guidance and plan own time.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to challenge processes where improvement has been identified.
• PC literate (including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook) –Additional training can be provided.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of lender client requirements. Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of surveyor inspections and requirements. Training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of mortgage valuation process. Training will be provided.

Person specification

Positive, professional, resilient, excellent communication skills, focussed, target driven. Flexibility in working hours may be required, sometimes at late notice, as business needs or shift patterns dictate (e.g. evenings, weekend, Bank Holiday working).
