Property Manager – New Applications Team
National Home Move have an exciting new career opportunity for a Property Manager on the New Applications team based at the NHM Lettings management centre in Handforth.
The Role
- This is an office-based role that will involve property managing our active lettings portfolio.
- You will help with processing all new applications received.
- Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and clients, in a timely and professional manner.
In Return We Offer
- Base salary circa £22,000 – £24,000 basic depending on experience.
- Commission opportunity to increase earnings to OTE circa £26,000.
- Full Time permanent contract.
- 5 day working week, Monday to Friday.
- Pension Scheme.
Lettings and property experience would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given. We will consider strong transferrable skills and experience in customer service and administrative fields.
Experience
