PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, seeks experienced CAS‑qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join our 150‑advisor team supporting high‑profile estate agency partners nationwide, including Reeds Rains in Preston.

Employment

• Employed role – base salary £30,000‑£35,000 (negotiable) with an OTE of £70,000+.
• Self‑employed role – 70% on self‑generated business and 45% on leads provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Reeds Rains estate agency by delivering mortgage and protection solutions to customers.
• Work full office or hybrid schedule as required.
• Utilise leads provided by partnered estate agencies.

Qualifications

• CAS or equivalent mortgage and protection license.
• Proven broking experience.
• Good communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
