Overview
Regional Financial Services Manager - Cambridge / Bedford. PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join a PRIMIS linked Mortgage Advisory business linked to Estate Agency business in the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire regions. The business is a Mortgage Advisory business with partnerships with 20-branch independent Estate Agency business in the Bedford and Cambridge (and surrounds) geography.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of circa 20 Mortgage Advisors.
- Manage Estate Agency relationships within the Bedford/Cambridge geography.
- Drive sales results within a PRIMIS-linked Mortgage Advisory business, supported by PRIMIS Area Supervision Managers.
- Operate in the Bedford/Cambridge area and contribute to overall business performance.
Remuneration
OTE for the role is circa £85,000 with higher earnings possible for over achievement. The basic salary is from £50,000+ DOE and negotiable.
