PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a number of experienced CAS Mortgage Brokers to join an ELITE PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm who operate a nationwide Mortgage Advisory operation servicing an abundance of high quality introductions to this busy and highly successful partner firm.
The firm are one of the largest Mortgage and Protection businesses within the vast PRIMIS Mortgage Network and a business we are proud to be in partnership with. The firm prides itself on the extremely low levels of staff turnover within this business - a great sign.
The firms have over recent months secured a long term contracted introducer agreement with Police Federations across the UK.
The realistic and achievable OTE for the role is between £75,000 - £100,000 + although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings. The roles are self employed with lead numbers conservatively estimated at 30 - 40 leads monthly. Average loan sizes are 200k. The self employed deal is 60/40 on self gen with circa 45/50% on leads provided - we appreciate there are better splits out there but the lead quality is the draw with this opportunity.
This business only takes the very best advisors - recruiting remote advisors means the business can cherry pick the best quality advisors. Underwrites to base salary whilst pipeline building can be discussed.
The successful candidates will have achieved Competent Advisor Status and be an existing high performing and experienced broker.
