Fantastic career opportunity at our very busy city office of Your Move in Lincoln. We are looking to recruit either a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
We are looking for a candidate to join our lettings team & we’re interested to speak to someone looking at starting their career in the industry or someone that is looking for a more senior role as an Assistant Lettings Manager.
Role- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
- In addition to the above for the more senior role, you will need to be able to support the Lettings manager on the day to day running of the team.
- Experience in the Lettings/Property industry (Senior role).
- Transferable customer service and sales experience for applicants new to the industry.
- Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
The role is predominantly office based.
Benefits- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay will be dependent on experience.
- First 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
