Reeds Rains St Helens Branch are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join on a full time, permanent basis.

Industry experience is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will have previous sales and/or customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

As a Negotiator at Reeds Rains you will receive:

• Pay in the region of £24,000 – £26,500 per annum
• Uncapped earning opportunities
• Day off in lieu of any Saturday worked

In the role of a Negotiator, you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Always display excellent customer service

A Full UK Driving Licence Is Essential.
