Location: UK‑Remote (hybrid – home and office). We are one of the country’s largest providers of residential property risk expertise and surveying services. We complete one mortgage valuation every twenty‑five seconds and rely on our Valuation Survey Co‑ordinators to keep our surveyors’ diaries full.
Key Responsibilities- Make inbound and outbound calls to estate agents, vendors, tenants, and property developers.
- Arrange appointments for our surveyors to complete property valuations and surveys.
- Manage customers’ expectations throughout all processes.
- Handle queries related to appointments.
- Perform computer‑based tasks and data entry, ensuring high accuracy in the system.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all customers, both internal and external.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation ability.
- Computer literacy – comfortable navigating multiple systems.
