This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery and ongoing operation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform. The analyst will provide technical support throughout the implementation project and beyond, ensuring system stability, user adoption, and effective integration with other business platforms. The role also contributes to documentation and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the D365 lead for the business, being a point of contact for all related queries across business units and 3rd parties.
- Provide technical support across the Dynamics 365 platform during and after implementation.
- Support integrations with other platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Finance Systems).
