Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Hinckley as we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is ideal, however as full training will be provided we will consider suitable transferrable skills in Customer Service and Sales.
