Overview

UK-York LSLEstate Agency Franchising is looking for a talented and enthusiastic E-Marketing Executive to support our E-Marketing Manager in delivering compelling, high-performing email marketing campaigns across the full customer journey. The role is offered on a full time permanent contract on a Hybrid basis from our York based office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about email and digital marketing to develop campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion and retention, while working with two well-established property brands. You’ll play a key role in planning, writing, building and evaluating email marketing campaigns that align with Your Move and Reeds Rains brand strategies and wider business objectives. Working closely with our Brand Marketing and Website teams, you’ll help ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the E-Marketing Manager in delivering email campaigns across the customer journey
  • Create engaging, on-brand email content for Your Move and Reeds Rains
  • Work with Brand Marketing and Website teams to develop and launch campaigns
  • Tailor communications to reflect the differences between both brands
  • Identify and develop new customer touchpoints and email campaigns
  • Write, proofread and deliver email campaigns to agreed deadlines
  • Manage customer databases and support campaign execution
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, recommending improvements
  • Ensure all email activity complies with data protection and financial services regulations
  • Support the management of customer enquiry inboxes

Essential skills & experience

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • Experience using email service providers (ESPs)
  • Understanding of email marketing best practice and database management
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and interpret data
  • Good general PC and IT skills

Desirable skills & experience

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Experience using analytics tools
  • Design skills (advantageous but not essential)
  • Some experience working in digital marketing is essential, ideally within a consumer-focused business
  • A good understanding of direct and online marketing principles
