We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors across the UK, including Northern Ireland. We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains, and the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.
We are seeking additional Zero Hours and Consultant Residential Surveyors in Northern Ireland to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work relied upon by the UK\\\’s leading lenders. Because of our size and the large network of lenders we service, we offer concise postcode coverage with less travel time between surveys and more time to complete the day job.
Because work/life balance and flexibility are important, we welcome applications from surveyors interested in Consultancy or Flexible Hours agreements. An excellent fee split is available for those working on a ZH or Consultancy basis.
