Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains in Consett as we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.
Industry Experience Is Essential
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
In Return We Offer
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 per annum.
- First few months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
