Hybrid role - Solihull, West Midlands. Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us and jointly amounting to some 11% of the mortgage market share in the UK.
Role Purpose:
- Designing, producing, and executing broker-facing end-to-end campaigns for a range of purposes, including technology developments, propositional launches, and regulatory changes.
- Multi-channel recruitment campaigns and materials to support our Sales team reach their recruitment objectives and support lead generation.
- Championing delighting the brokers and highlighting the propositional benefits across our AR and DA offerings in our messaging; identifying key messages that resonate with both audiences.
- Leading on marketing support for brokers, including regular and impactful marketing bundles, to help them promote and grow their businesses by reaching current and new customer bases.
- Identify trends and use insight from reporting to support future campaign success.
- Secure buy-in from stakeholders and present ideas and campaign results to demonstrate value provided.
- Be a contact for key business relationships across the Strategic Partnerships team, Sales Director and Proposition Director.
- Work closely with Marketing Assistants to give guidance and direction, allowing them to support on campaign activity.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or equivalent
Salary: Base Β£30,000 - Β£35,000 DOE and negotiable. Hybrid partly based on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull for 3 days and home for 2 days.
