Compliance Supervisor – Remote working but living in Northern Ireland

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc group, is the largest dedicated Mortgage & Protection Network in the UK with around 3,000 advisors and 1,000 partner AR firms nationally.

The Compliance Supervisor will support the large team of Area Supervision Managers across the UK. The role involves conducting and evaluating desk‑based assessments of low‑risk Mortgage and Protection Advisers according to PRIMIS T&C schemes, identifying appropriate needs and, where necessary, referring cases to Senior Area Supervision Managers.

Remote role based in Northern Ireland. The position offers a pathway to Area Supervision Manager / Area Compliance Manager roles.

Responsibilities

Support Area Supervision Managers across the UK; conduct and evaluate desk‑based assessments of low‑risk Mortgage and Protection Advisers; identify needs and refer to Senior Area Supervision Managers where necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Mortgage & Protection financial services sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Capability to work under own initiative
• CF1, CF6 & MAQ and/or CeMap1, 2 & 3 or equivalent (essential)
• J07 or equivalent H15 (optional)
• ER1 or equivalent CF7 & HR1 (optional)

Salary

£28,000 to £30,000 per annum
