We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our Mortgage Advisory business linked to an estate agency network across Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. As Financial Services Manager you will lead a team of approximately 20 Mortgage Advisors and manage relationships with our estate agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results through team leadership and performance management.
- Maintain and grow key relationships with estate agency partners.
- Support and develop mortgage advisors to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Extensive management experience within an estate agency linked financial services business.
- Based in the Bedford / Cambridge area.
- Strong understanding of mortgage advisory and estate agency operations.
Salary and Incentives:
- Basic salary of £50,000+ (DOE) and negotiable.
- Total earnings potential (OTE) around £85,000 plus performance bonuses.
