Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move in Barnsley as we are looking to recruit a Part Time Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a Negotiator You Will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is ideal but not essential as full training will be given. However, we will require relevant transferrable skills in customer service and sales.
In Return We Offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa Β£25,000 per annum/pro rata first few months guaranteed commission pay.
- 3 week days (Tues, Wed, Thurs). When working a Saturday (Wed, Thurs, Sat) with a lieu day being Tuesday.
- Pension Scheme.
- Career Progression.
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based. Due to the expected high level of applications, we cannot unfortunately respond to them all.
