Job Profile

e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK\’s number one residential surveyor, and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer concise nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge. We’ve been trading since 1989, which means you can trust us with your career.

We\’re part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, and estate agents in addition to private customers.

We are seeking ZH surveyors to commit to a combination of Residential Lender Valuations and Pre-purchase inspections, but we also have a range of ZH Survey only opportunities where your commitment would be purely focused on Pre-Purchase inspection products.

We are keen to hear from Zero Hours and self-employed Residential Surveyors interested in committing from 2 to 5 days per week.

You\’ll need to have a minimum of 12 months previous experience of conducting relevant inspections and producing the associated reports.
