Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria are:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with a minimum of one-year industry-relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with at least two years of industry-relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of industry-relevant experience.

We are also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
