Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility and Criteria:

To be considered, you should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria are:

  • An RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant industry experience.
  • An RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant industry experience.

We also welcome applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
