Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria are:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of industry-relevant work experience.
- A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
