Are you an ambitious law graduate or paralegal looking to make your mark in the world of in-house legal services? Look no further! Based within our Group Legal Team in York, LSL Group is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to provide comprehensive support across a diverse range of legal matters.

LSL is a leading provider of services to mortgage intermediaries, offering specialist mortgage and protection advice to estate agency and new build customers, along with valuation services to the UK\’s largest mortgage lenders. In addition, we operate a network of franchised estate agency branches.

Working as a Paralegal you will receive;

• Salary in the region of £25,000

• A 35 hours per week contract (core hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm)

As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in various areas, including:

• Corporate law
• Commercial law
• Financial services
• Dispute resolution
• Regulatory compliance

The role offers a stimulating and varied workload, encompassing tasks such as:

• Reviewing supplier contracts with a focus on information technology platforms and data-utilization
• Providing support to corporate transactions, including drafting NDAs and ancillary documents
• Updating consumer-facing terms and conditions
• Undertaking legal research

The ideal candidate will be a law graduate with an LPC qualification. While previous experience within an in-house legal team or private law practice is preferred, it is not essential. We value enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong commitment to professional growth.
