LSL Capital is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for social media and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and manage our brand's presence and KPIs across various social platforms. Implement campaigns to increase reach and followers. Engage with the audience and foster a community atmosphere.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to design social media strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Monitor industry trends relevant to luxury hospitality.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content consistent with brand voice and guidelines. Coordinate with departments to ensure visual and verbal narratives are aligned.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use social analytics tools to track performance. Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Digital Communications: Manage website content for currency, usability, and SEO. Curate newsletters and initiatives to grow our database.
  • Digital Advertising: Assist in creating and managing digital ad campaigns. Oversee budgets, review performance, and strategize future campaigns with the team and agency.
