LSL Capital is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing boutique hospitality group. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a creatively driven digital thinker who can balance strategy with execution, manage multiple premium brands, and confidently work across social, content, paid media, and digital communications.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and the Creative Director / Founder, you'll play a key role in shaping and safeguarding the digital presence of our brands: ensuring social feeds are on-brand, content is thoughtful and elevated, and performance is continually reviewed and refined.

This role suits someone who is flexible, detail-focused, and thrives in a high-energy environment, with the ability to switch between big-picture thinking and day-to-day delivery.

The Role

You will act as one of the primary day-to-day operational contacts across the group for your dedicated brands, supporting external agencies and suppliers while being entirely comfortable creating content in-house when needed.
