We are looking for

Sales Support Executives based at our Head Office address in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.

We are looking for talented, motivated, enthusiastic people who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a lasting impression.

Responsibilities/Main Tasks

  • Supporting the company's customer facing Sales Account Managers, the role is to add value to the proposition and communications sent to the customer using all available resources.
  • Provide customers and prospects with an efficient, helpful, and friendly customer service.
  • Create accurate quotations for existing customers and prospects within set timescales and give best advice on promotional product selection and branding methods.
  • Converting quotations to orders, generating CRM notes, completing actions, processing artwork, passing to on to the production team.
  • Communicating where necessary with all other departments that may be involved in any one job.
  • Samples - project managing sample requests from your Account Manager as well as customers, sending from stock or ordering from suppliers, posting, following up, dealing with returns, sending invoices for non-returned samples, all associated paperwork and database work.
  • Sourcing products from UK and overseas, speaking to suppliers, inputting products onto system with full details, prices, pictures etc.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and new products, providing information to Sales Team for quotations and orders.
  • Dealing with email, web and telephone enquiries from the sales team and from Customers and Prospects.
  • Maintaining Prospect, Customer and Supplier databases.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all outgoing communications to maintain the professional image of the organisation.

  • Flexibility, as a small company the position requires a great deal of flexibility on your part which may require you to help in other areas of the business.
  • Active listening & communication, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
  • Attention to detail - to produce accurate and high-quality work including pricing on quotations.
  • Resilience - the ability to work under pressure and juggle lots of projects and information at the same time.
