LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Parts Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing our parts warehouse, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will help to maintain a high standard of inventory accuracy and operational productivity within our warehouse.
Hours – 45
Salary – £33,600 Plus OTE Bonus
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily parts warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Leading and training a team of parts warehouse staff and drivers.
- Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts, while closely monitoring inventory levels and reorder points.
- Implementing effective inventory control processes to minimise discrepancies.
- Working collaboratively with various departments to ensure prompt delivery and service excellence.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in a supervisory position, specifically within a warehouse or automotive parts setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
- Commitment to promoting a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- A valid UK driving licence is required.
