LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients when they bring in their vehicles for service.

Hours: 45

Salary: £30,387 Plus OTE bonus

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers promptly and professionally
  • Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
  • Providing detailed service estimates and timelines
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service operations
  • Updating customers regarding the status of their service and any additional recommendations
  • Handling inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
