LSH Auto is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Team Leader for our Mercedes Benz division. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their ownership journey. This role is based at our flagship dealership in Stockport and involves managing team performance, handling escalated customer enquiries, and implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty.
Hours: 45
Salary: £51,600 including OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Aftersales team, fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team to meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within customer service or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
