LSH Auto is looking for an experienced Operations and Commercial Team Leader to join our Mercedes-Benz team. Based at our dealership, you will lead the commercial and operations functions, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities while driving profitability and high standards of customer service.

Hours: 45 per week

Salary - £51,600 including OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the operations and commercial teams to deliver excellence in service and performance.
  • Oversee sales, aftersales, and parts operations ensuring targets are met.
  • Implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in automotive operations, preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
