LSH Auto is thrilled to announce an opening for a Body Preparation Centre Technician on the evening shift. In this role, you will be vital in preparing vehicles for sale by restoring their bodies to immaculate condition. This position is ideal for skilled technicians looking to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to high-quality service.
Welcome Bonus: £2,000
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Evening Shift) - 2.30pm - 10pm
Salary: £36,400 OTE up to £50,000
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles, adhering to industry standards.
- Diagnose vehicle faults and execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure your workspace is clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and service needs.
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially in EV and hybrid vehicles.
