LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support after vehicle purchases, ensuring customers have a positive ownership experience. You will handle customer queries, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with the service and parts departments to deliver seamless aftersales services.
Working hours are 45 hours per week with a competitive salary of £30,387 plus OTE bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions relating to aftersales services and support.
- Book and schedule vehicle servicing appointments efficiently.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Provide customers with accurate updates on their vehicle status throughout the service process.
- Promote aftersales products and services to increase customer satisfaction.
- Contribute towards meeting departmental aftersales targets and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence is essential.
